It was 8pm (local time), I was lost in a city in Germany, and suddenly a guy came up to talk to me.

Tom: "Hello, how are you?"

Tom: "You're very pretty, you obviously aren't from around here, are you?"

You're walking through a city in Germany, and Tom Kaulitz, who you didn't know who he was at the time, comes up to you and starts talking to you, asking you how you are, noting that you're not from around there.
