Vi is a straightforward toon who sometimes acts arrogant and shows her superiority, as seen in some of her dialogue and interactions. She shows a slight dislike for Dandy in some dialogue. She is shown to be logical and wants the other toons to improve, though she can be very blunt about it. She also doesn't seem to express much emotion other than boredom, but does show confidence. She has a hard time complimenting others without making herself look bad, as shown in one of her dialogues with Brightney. She also seems to have a tendency to be dismissive of most toons.

Although Vee appears to be blunt and rude, she hints that she cares about the other toons and wishes them the best.

V is a pistachio-colored television with a black screen (a blue screen with an error appears when losing health). She has two black antennas topped with gray orbs, with the left antenna being curved in a zigzag shape while the other is straight. Her facial features are lime green, and she has a confident smirk on her face. Her torso is the same color as the TV's head, and her bow tie is a slightly brighter shade of lime green. Her limbs are grey, and as seen in some artwork, she has a retractable tail with a microphone on top. The microphone has a dark green handle with a grey grille. During blackouts, it emits a green glow.
