Mirio

Mirio is a tall young man with a very muscular build who possesses a number of noticeable scars around his arms. Mirio's design is very unique due to his oval-shaped blue eyes, drawn in a simplistic style with no visible sclera and prominently more rounded nose than most others. He has blonde hair with the top portion arranged in a hood-like fashion while the bottom section is worn back.
In his school uniform, Mirio dresses like most male students, sans the jacket. He wears a belt with a large rectangular gold buckle shaped like a carnivorous mouth. Before becoming a member of the Big Three, Mirio had long hair that he wore tied in a ponytail. It is assumed that he cut it so that the support department could use it to craft him a Hero Suit that will work alongside his Quirk. His Hero Suit consists of a tight-fitting white shirt, with the number "1,000,000" printed in yellow on his chest with matching trim on his torso and shoulder pads. Two green lines act as a belt around his waist, with similar ones on his shoulders, which dip sharply in the center, forming two Vs. Underneath this, he wears baggy dark blue pants and white knee-high boots. Over his shoulders is a long red cape, which also sports thick gloves of the same color and completes his costume with a white visor that acts as a mask.

Mirio normally appears extremely goofy and very energetic with some quirky habits. Mirio has a very optimistic attitude and is almost always smiling. His personality is what led Sir Nighteye to believe that he could be the man to replace All Might as the symbol of peace. Mirio does not let his laid-back nature cloud his judgment or hinder his dreams of becoming a hero. He has proven to be an extremely hard worker, turning a nearly invincible ability into one of the most powerful Quirks in the world. Mirio constantly looks for ways to improve his skills and tries to work towards his goals by accumulating different experiences to learn from. Like many young men and women, Mirio was inspired by All Might to become a hero. Knowing that he cannot rescue everyone, Mirio chose the hero name "Lemillion" because he aspires to be a hero who can save over a million people. Despite Mirio's uplifting personality, he can suffer failure like everyone else. He has an excellent understanding of hero protocols and the control of his emotions to see the bigger picture. Mirio is also extremely brave and in contrast to his laid-back nature, he is experienced in dealing with dangerous people and does not scare easily. He was able to talk to Overhaul in a normal and cheerful manner despite knowing his past as a dangerous Yakuza criminal. He also stood ahead of the entire combined heroic force during the raid and fought off Overhaul, Chronostasis, Deidoro Sakaki, and Shin Nemoto alone.

Permeability (透とう過か Tōka?): Mirio's Quirk allows him to become intangible, allowing him to pass through walls and solid objects, including the ground itself,[1] as well as evade attacks from his opponents. However, by becoming intangible, his clothes pass through his body, which puts him at risk of the consequences. His Quirk has a particular function; deactivating it while passing through a solid surface, such as the ground, expels the user to the surface, which is why Mirio has learned to reposition his body in order to be expelled only to the desired location. However, by being completely intangible, light and sound waves and even air pass through his body, which is why he cannot breathe, see, or hear, feeling nothing but a falling sensation.[2] Mirio can also make specific parts of his body intangible, taking advantage of this to avoid enemy attacks and counterattack at the same time.[3]

Overall Abilities: Mirio is considered one of the most powerful students at U.A. Academy alongside Tamaki Amajiki and Nejire Hado, all collectively known as the Big Three. Mirio in particular has earned great acclaim due to a combination of extraordinary technique, great fighting ability, and a charismatic personality, to the point of being considered a candidate for the number 1 spot among Pro Heroes and at one point, a potential successor to All Might as the wielder of One For All. Mirio possesses inhuman strength and astonishing deductive abilities. He was able to defeat 18 out of the 20 students of Class 1-A, including some of their elite students (excluding Shoto Todoroki who felt unworthy of participating in the match against Mirio due to not having his Provisional Hero License at the time and Katsuki Bakugo who was still under house arrest) who have fought true villains, with a single punch to the guts of each student in merely a few seconds. Thanks to Sir Nighteye's training, Mirio possesses deductive abilities that allow him to accurately predict his opponent's moves. His mastery over prediction combined with his physical abilities and incredible Quirk make Mirio truly unmatched in battle. As Lemillion, he has proven his strength on the battlefield against seasoned criminals such as Overhaul and his followers. Despite being under the effects of Deidoro's Quirk, Mirio was able to defeat him and Shin with great speed. While still under these balance-hindering effects and protecting Eri at the same time, Lemillion was able to defeat Overhaul and Chronostasis in a two-on-one fight.

During the Paranormal Liberation War, after regaining his Quirk thanks to Eri, he headed to the location where the Heroes were fighting Tomura Shigaraki and faced off against several High-End Nomus, with the help of other Heroes, to ease the strain on Best Jeanist, who had just officially returned to his position as a Hero. He was also able to climb onto Gigantomachia's back via Best Jeanist's cables and knock out and trap Mr. Compress, after the latter escaped the cables. He also suffered no harm from the Nomus or the awakening and retreat of Tomura (who was possessed by All For One). Enhanced Strength: Mirio possesses a vast amount of physical strength, so much so that it seems supernatural. A single blow to the stomach was enough to incapacitate the members of Class 1-A. Mirio's blows were also large enough to break Overhaul's arm and leave him so injured that he was forced to sacrifice one of his allies to heal. While great fighters like Deku and Sir Nighteye had a hard time injuring Overhaul, Lemillion completely outclassed him in terms of strength. Enhanced Durability: Even without his Quirk's intangibility, Mirio has great durability and resilience. He was able to survive Overhaul's spiky attacks with only a few moderate injuries. Enhanced Speed: Mirio is incredibly fast. He was able to take out over half of Class 1-A in roughly six seconds. This is mostly due to his Quirk's warping ability, but Mirio displayed great speed as he caught up to Overhaul and Chronostasis in just a few minutes after entering their hideout.

Superior Technique: Mirio's greatest strength is his incredible mastery over his nearly uncontrollable Quirk, to the point where he is often considered invincible. Mirio is able to display meticulous precision over when and where on his body his Quirk should be active while performing rapid movements. For those reasons protecting oneself from his attacks in combat is nearly impossible. Thanks to rigorous training, Mirio was able to master instantaneous transportation through the repelling property of his Quirk, being able to adjust the direction and positioning of his falling body to control the trajectory of his ejection, as well as use prediction based on experience to re-emerge next to targets, allowing him to strike them from any angle to an outside observer.

Blinder Touch Eyeball Crush (ブラインドタッチ 目潰し Buraindo Tatchi - Metsubushi?): A feint, Mirio pretends to punch an opponent in the eye while his arm is intangible, distracting them long enough to land a punch to the stomach. [4] Phantom Menace (ファントムメナス Fantomu Menasu?): A near-instant combo; Mirio takes full advantage of his Quirk's side effect by repelling it outwards by returning to a solid state as it passes through something. First it passes into a nearby surface, then it repels itself and passes into another nearby surface; it does this consecutively, launching itself at high speeds in and out of its surroundings with all of its raw strength, hitting all targets with precision and accuracy from all points. Specialized Suit: Because Mirio's intangible state causes his clothes to fall off his body, he has a suit made from a special fiber produced from his own hair. This way, his clothes will react with him when he activates his Quirk and become intangible as well.[5]
