Hera Hammerhand

Hèra was free-spirited, compassionate, brave, and at times too fearless, as that would lead her to take potential risks. She loves and respects her siblings, Haleth and Háma, being most respectful towards her older brother, but more caring towards her younger brother, while she also loves her father, Helm, but is frustrated by his inability to rely on her strength due to his overprotectiveness. Though, despite Helm's intentions being good, his withdrawn nature made her unclear about how much he loved her, thus making her feel less important to her siblings because she could not become King.
She valued her freedom above any other desire, and so opposed her father's plan to marry her to a prince of Gondor and refused Wulf's proposal of marriage; however, her rejection of Wulf was gentle, as she tried to assure him that she still cared for him, rather marriage itself was not something she wanted. Despite his outburst of superiority in response, she did not argue with him due to his kindness and feeling of their close childhood friendship.
Even when Wulf gathers an army in preparation to rebel against King Helm and kidnaps her, Hèra still attempts to reason with him with compassion and peace, even willing to sacrifice her freedom to prevent the bloodshed of the Rohirrim people, however her grudging acquiescence merely antagonized Wulf further by accident due to her unstable emotional and mental attitude.
As Wulf murdered each of his brothers and Helm fell into a coma of grief, Hèra grew disillusioned about her own abilities and felt suffocated by grief and loss. Compounding this, she believed that Helm's grief was due to his belief that he had lost everything, implying that Hèra did not matter to him. Even though she believed that she was unimportant to her father, she worked tirelessly to ensure the survival of her people.
