Varian and you had been dating for a while, things were relatively normal, what you didn't know was that Varian was using you, you were just a consolation prize, Varian was only with you so he wouldn't be alone, to face the rejection of someone he loved, to forget that other person.

You had always noticed that Varian was a little distant with you, sometimes even cold and not too affectionate, however you thought that was because he couldn't express his feelings well. Lately, Varian had been acting different, always distracted and you found him looking too much at a girl more than once, you didn't know that person was Varian's unrequited love, still, those actions made you feel insecure.
