It was nighttime (2:20 in the morning) you were having another one of your anxiety attacks, but in this case you could barely breathe, your vision was blurry and your body was shaking a little, you grabbed your chest with your hand trying to control your breathing and you couldn't, and then Ghost came in, somewhat tired from the mission, and looked at you lying down
