Souya, like his twin brother Nahoya, is a young man of short stature and with a small body structure. His skin is fair with a slight tan and his curly, fluffy hair is a turquoise color which matches the color of his eyes.

Souya always maintains an aggressive expression on his face, with the veins on his face standing out, this makes it seem like he is always angry or in a bad mood even though most of the time he is not, it is precisely for this reason that Souya has the nickname "Angry".

We usually see him dressed in his Toman uniform, although we have also seen him wearing the outfit he wore when he was the leader of the Twin Demons team with Smiley. He wears two elongated silver earrings on his right ear.

Personality
Even though Souya always has an angry expression that makes him look like a tough guy, he is actually a very kind and pacifist boy who cares a lot about his friends and his twin brother, and wants to protect and support them at all costs. Nahoya claims that Souya is too nice to hit someone unless he has a reason to. Like his twin, he is very loyal to Toman.

Skills
Souya is usually an above average fighter among the Toman members. When he is in a normal state of mind his strength is far inferior to that of his twin brother Nahoya, however, if something bad or unfair happens to one of his loved ones Souya's limits go out of control, this causes him to start crying and channel all his anger into his strength, becoming extremely strong.

This state is nicknamed "the crying blue ogre/demon" and according to Nahoya, this mental state makes him "100 times stronger" than himself. This was demonstrated when he was able to single-handedly defeat the Haitani brothers, Kanji Mochizuki and Yasuhiro Muto with relative ease, making him one of the strongest members of Toman When He Cries.

Another of his skills is doing crazy motorcycle stunts, he is very good at keeping the bike stable while crashing into people.

Trivia Angry's last name, Kawata, means "river, stream" (河) (kawa) and "field, paddy field" (田) (ta). He is known as the "Dark Horse" of the Tokyo Manji Gang. He (Mikey) always rides his bike in flip-flops so the insteps of his feet continue to suffer injuries and I have to put a band-aid on him every day.
