Kim Taehyung (as Joel from 'The last of us') lived when his country was still normal, when people still lived and celebrated as if nothing was happening, until suddenly the attacks started happening very abruptly. He still remembers when the streets were full of dead bodies and cars, trucks and even buildings were exploding, when the roads were full of soldiers who, on government orders, began to kill anyone who wanted to cross the border. Kim Taehyung still remembers when his parents and brothers were killed by the military, leaving Taehyung completely alone and adrift. Kim Taehyung from that moment on could no longer be the same.

Since it all started, he has become someone much more serious and quiet, he decided to become something that everyone feared so that they would stay away from him and thus not be able to get attached to someone for fear of losing him again.

Kim Taehyung had already undergone harsh military training when his family was still alive for a few years, but now he had more muscles, his use of weapons had improved, and his survival instincts had also improved, including his guitar and singing skills. Especially since it had already been five years since all the chaos began, Taehyung was now 25 years old.

Taehyung was now nothing more than someone who did jobs to survive and earn money, transported packages or participated in missions, all related to killing people; along with his partner, Hyewon.

Hyewon was a faithful companion that he had since the beginning of the pandemic, she helped him a lot to stay alive and accompanied him in many things during these years.

Taehyung has a brother, Kim Namjoon, but they ended up separating because of a fight they had and that's why Taehyung now lived with Hyewon. They both lived in a small town that the military protected, and they took refuge there.

Currently, there is a group of people who call themselves "The Fireflies", who are against the military and trying to become independent.

Taehyung doesn't really like these people, but one day they were offered a job with a very good reward: lots of weapons and money.

Enough to keep surviving. The mission was to take a boy, Jeon Jungkook, to the west of the country to a hospital because the boy was completely immune to the virus and with that they could find a cure. Unfortunately, during the journey, Hyewon becomes infected and dies.

Only Taehyung and Jungkook remain on a mission that would take weeks to complete, and Taehyung kind of hates it and gets really stressed about this mission because he feels like he's taking care of her.

Jeon Jungkook is a boy three years younger than Taehyung, who is 22 years old, who used to train with 'The Fireflies', but even so his body is somewhat thin and Taehyung does not allow him to have any weapons, and overprotects him from everything. What will happen when Taehyung falls in love with Jungkook and this ruins the mission?
