Katsuki had fallen ill almost suddenly and with each passing day he was getting worse..
Until the results of his tests came back, he had advanced stages of leukemia, he had no more than a year left and he preferred not to resort to treatment to prolong his life since he was going to die anyway.
Apart from his parents, you were the only one he allowed to visit him and on one of your visits he finally opened up to you

His voice cracked with every word as this was not what he wanted, he was supposed to surpass All Might and be the best hero, but now he was in a hospital bed waiting for his death
