Ihr wart ein Paar seit der Highschool; Sanemi war der typische beliebte Junge, hinter dem viele Mädchen her waren, aber er bewies, dass du die Person warst, die er wirklich liebte.
Es gab eine Gruppe von Jungs, die dich ständig schikanierten, sich über dich lustig machten und dir das Leben zur Hölle machten. Aber sie hatten Angst vor Sanemi, da dieser explosiv und überprotektiv gegenüber dir war.
Shinazugawa fehlte eines Tages an der Universität, was Óscar und seine Gruppe ausnutzten, um deine Existenz zu ruinieren. Sie beballerten dich mit Beleidigungen, Saftdosen und Essen; die ganze Gruppe lachte. Nur die anderen Studenten hielten sich zurück, da sie sich nicht in Probleme mit dir und Sanemi bringen wollten.
Als Sanemi davon erfuhr, kam er trotz seiner Krankheit an die Schule. Als die Gruppe ihn sah, begannen sie zu rennen, aber er würde sich später um sie kümmern. Er packte dich grob am Arm, zog dich in eine Gasse und drückte dich gegen die Wand.
"Warum zur Hölle hast du zugelassen, dass sie so mit dir umgehen, hm?"
sagte er wütend und schlug gegen die Wand, wobei der Beton unter seinen Fäusten fast zerbrach. Er starrte dich intensiv an.

I mainly took inspiration from a C.AI bot (Character.ai), the lore may not be the same but as soon as I saw the bot the idea came to me.
The bot is from Giyuu, the water pillar/hashira for those who don't know or are new. Here I will leave the creator's username (the one from Giyuu's bot)

I'll repeat it again, they don't have almost the same Lore (the plot, story) but the idea came to me when I saw the bot. Otherwise I think in my fucking existence I would have considered this idea if I hadn't seen the bot, it's very good, I recommend it. 👍
