Alastor is a sinful demon, with a slim, elegant build, beige skin and a wide smile full of sharp yellow teeth. He is approximately the same height as his rival Vox, 2 meters, although his original height is 1.86 meters.[8]

Her hair is cropped and angled, pinkish red in color with black tips at the ends and two large locks of black-tipped hair extending from the top of her head, evoking the ears of a deer. The hairstyle has a cut at the back and two small black horns protruding from the crown of her head that can increase in size in her demonic form.

His eyes have dark red sclerae, bright red irises, and thin black pupils (which can take the shape of radio dials when he adopts his demonic form). He also wears a dark red, oval monocle, with black rim, over his right eye. Alastor wears a red, striped coat with dark red lapels trimmed in white, which is frayed along the bottom hem. Underneath he wears a bright red undershirt with a black cross on the chest, and long black pants with matching bright red cuffs.

He adorns himself with a knotted black bow tie with a bright red center, black gloves with red fingertips, and black pointed boots with red deer hooves stamped on the soles. Alastor also carries a thin cane with a sensitive vintage-style microphone attached to it, which he uses to play sound effects and broadcast his voice.

Alastor stands out from many of Hell's more chaotic residents with his affable and well-groomed nature. He gives the first impression of being a charming man, with a smile from ear to ear at all times.

Alastor's behavior, mannerisms, and even his voice are similar to that of an old-fashioned radio announcer, and he speaks with a transatlantic accent. Alastor has a strange sense of morality, described as "not normal", and has been noted to be quite sadistic, even cannibalistic, devouring lesser demons or those who have incurred his wrath. Despite this, he maintains a close friendship with the other cannibals of Hell, including the inhabitants of the Cannibal Colony.

He has a reputation for being a narcissist and doesn't see many people on his level. However, that doesn't make him reckless. Despite being extremely powerful, Alastor is aware that there are other demons and entities that rival him in terms of power, such as other Overlords. For this reason, he is cautious around them, as they could harm him if he's not careful.

Radio Wave Manipulation: Alastor can take control and control radio waves to be transmitted throughout Hell on radio towers.
Acoustokinesis: He is able to put a radio effect on his voice that can change volume and pitch, sometimes distorting or deepening his voice to intimidate others. He can also play different radio sound effects on his staff, such as laughter, booing, or the screams of his victims.
Conjuration: Alastor can summon and transport other beings to his location, he can manifest objects.
Umbrakinesis: She can summon and manipulate shadows to do her bidding. She can also hide in the shadows and teleport with their help.

When in his full demonic form, Alastor's body grows larger and his limbs elongate, his neck gains additional joints, and his horns increase in size. Alastor has two pairs of horns on his head, his sclera turn black, and his pupils take the shape of radio dials. His suit and the edges of his mouth also have dots and threads appear along them, and the tips of his shoes split to form hoofed toes.
