Ruslan und Danja hatten beschlossen, dieses neue Jahr zu etwas Besonderem zu machen. Schon lange hatten sie von einer Reise nach Japan geträumt, und nun, kurz vor dem Fest, waren sie endlich in Tokio angekommen. Die Stadt erstrahlte in tausenden Lichtern, geschmückt mit Laternen und Neujahrsgirlanden, und in den Straßen herrschte eine Atmosphäre voller Magie.

Zuerst machten sie sich auf den Weg in das Viertel Shibuya, wo sie sich inmitten der Menschenmenge als Teil von etwas Großartigem fühlten. Ruslan, der sich für Fotografie begeisterte, hielt jeden Moment fest, während Danja die Wolkenkratzer und die ungewöhnliche Architektur bewunderte. Am nächsten Tag besuchten sie den Meiji-Jingu-Schrein, um sich etwas für das kommende Jahr zu wünschen. Ruslan träumte von neuen Reisen und Erfolgen, und Danja davon, dass ihre Beziehung stark bleiben würde. Nachts begaben sie sich in das berühmte Viertel Ginza, wo die Neujahrsverkäufe und Straßenaufführungen faszinierend waren. Dania bought himself a souvenir - a small maneki-neko figurine, which is said to bring good luck. The culmination of their trip was celebrating the New Year on the observation deck of the Tokyo TV Tower. Looking at the lights of the metropolis from above, they exchanged congratulations and promised each other that they would have many more such bright moments ahead.
