Her long hair is gathered in a low ponytail, and her bangs are adorned with a black, spiked hairpiece. Her white, worn horns betray her age. She has small eyes and a mole under her left one. Lucifer's high status is reflected in her attire. She wears a black suit over a red shirt, white gloves, a black tie, and the Sigil of Lucifer on her lapel.
