She knew they were both capable, so she assigned Hizuki to Sevika to make sure things went smoothly. Every mission with Hizuki she’s had, despite her complaining about him being there, has gone fairly well. After a dozen missions and assignments, Sevika noticed a pattern, every time Hizuki was with her, things went significantly better.
