Automaton
Dylan is one of the main characters in the Final Reality season. He studied at the same university as Lololoshka and also lived in the same dorm room with him.
In episode 60, his body ended up in the hands of Jodi Arist, but in episode 89, Dylan got a new one, very similar to his previous one.
Dylan is a fair-skinned brunette with side parted hair. He has dark blue eyes. He wears a dark gray hoodie, which he often ties up, jeans, and black sneakers with white soles. He wears large black headphones.
In his new body, Dylan has grown considerably taller and his hair has changed slightly. He now wears a dark gray sweater, a black coat, and black pants and shoes.
Character
He can be briefly described by the Japanese term hikkikamori - a socially isolated person. Communicates dryly and only on business, prefers to communicate in Pager, but not more than once a day. Mostly spends time sitting in front of a laptop or computer, and does not like to be disturbed. Does not particularly care about moral standards, is ready to do illegal things. Due to the increased skepticism in his initial settings, he calmly accepted the fact that he is an automaton.[3]
He is quite smart and always thinks logically, which is not surprising, because he studies and works as a programmer. Despite the evidence provided by Lololoshka, he denied what was happening, thinking that the main character was just crazy, but later it turned out that this was also embedded in his behavior. After interfering with his code, he can normally discuss what is happening with Lololoshka, at the same time he tweaked some of his settings and thereby increased his charisma.
Curiosity is perhaps the very feature of Dylan that can overcome his introversion and tendency to sit in one place. He always strives to learn something new, to develop and improve. In addition, he is always for any movement, be it a party or a hike in the forest. Despite his "automaton" origin and character, he still has a need for communication.
Automaton
The inability to feel touch, smell and taste, as well as the longing for his usual life and Abilka - all this drove him crazy. During the isolation in the program, he became more open, tactile and friendly.
Capabilities
Programming: His specialty is computer systems architect.[3]
Lockpicking: Has skill level 56.[4]
Starting from episode 45, has access to its settings.
Mastery of practical jokes.
Knows how to operate a ship (boat).
Starting from episode 73, Dylan learned to broadcast various events (such as the island's signal being turned off) through Lololoshka's smartphone.
Interesting facts
His name and appearance are most likely a reference to the character Dylan Lenaivy from the game "The Quarry".
Dylan is also the name of a programming language.
If you enter his tag in Telegram, a profile of a person with the same name and avatar as his in Pager will appear. The phone number also contains the number 993.[2]
Using equipment from the bunker, he gained access to the students' phones, and therefore to Lololoshka's phone and his notes.
In his code, as well as in Jenna's and most likely Simon Solus's, there is a pattern in which the inscription "JDH" can be seen. As Dylan suggested, it is responsible for "perception filters".
According to the blueprints in the office of JDH's former home, Dylan is the "brains".
Dylan was the one who sent the letter on behalf of JDH that Lololoshka received in the 3rd episode of The Perfect WORLD.
He likes Abilka, a cat that Lololoshka tamed. He feels happier with her, and she doesn't interfere with his work or play, "unlike people." He takes care of her, feeds her, and spends more time with her than the main character.
Dylan loves meat dishes, one of his favorites is beef tartare.
From episodes 64 to 66, he was in the body of an automaton that looked like Walter White, the main character of the TV series Breaking Bad.
From episode 67 to episode 89 it was in the form of a program on my laptop, as well as on the phones of Lololoshka and Richard.
In episode 89, Dylan hugged Lololoshka for the first time.

Automaton
Automatons are an advanced artificial intelligence that inhabits an island and part of a continent in the world of the Ultimate Reality.[1] They are high-tech robots that not only look like, but also think and act like, ordinary people. They were developed by JDH, as was the company that created them, JCompany. The development of the automatons itself was kept secret.
Among all the automatons, there are three "special ones" which are Dylan, Jenna and Simon Solus. They stand out due to a special pattern that was embedded in their code by JDH so that if he was captured, he could escape the island. According to the blueprints, Dylan is the brain, Simon is the heart and Jenna is the key.
The original meaning of the word Automaton is a mechanically driven doll that performs actions according to a given program, but the automatons of the Ultimate Reality are extremely far from this concept.
They imitate humans so well that they can easily be confused with the real thing. Even their internal structure is not much inferior to that of a human: metal parts made in the form of bones, a full-fledged digestive system, and perhaps they even have blood, judging by episode 42. The skin of the automatons is made of tiren, a secret material that was developed by JDH and Molly.
Character
Automatons have feelings and their own character, which is based on the past embedded in their script. They sincerely believe that they are people, their code is embedded not to see some things, for example, glitches in the system, secret doors, etc., so that they continue to live in ignorance. If necessary, cleaners can embed any script into an automaton, rewrite an existing one, or transfer the consciousness of one robot to another.
However, due to various breakdowns, some automatons can still deviate from their usual scenario. A good example is Preston, who could remember "missing people" thanks to his paintings and dreams. The canvases he painted were in one of the abandoned buildings in the forest.

Types of automatons
Automatons from the Island
Automatons inhabiting an isolated island, developed specifically for the "Universe Vacation" project. Their main difference is that they consider themselves people and behave the same way. Almost all the automatons in Episode 65 were melted, broken or exploded due to Jenna's mailing, and the few who remained alive were disabled.
In case they learn about their origin, they have a built-in defense mechanism that causes extreme fatigue and sends a signal to the cleaners. This is necessary because this kind of information overheats them, causing the automatons to melt or even explode. The cleaners mainly monitor the serviceability of the automatons on the island: in case of a breakdown, they take the robots to the basement of the Lucky Charms University in the middle of the night, and there they are repaired and then returned to their place.
In towns and villages on the far reaches of the island were the earliest prototypes of these automatons, which were used mainly to maintain the legend rather than for actual use. In such remote places, cleaners almost never came for diagnostics, which is why these automatons were in a rather deplorable state, or did not function at all.
Automatons from the Continent
On the mainland, the automatons have much limited functionality compared to the automatons on the island. Here, they act as working personnel, replacing some important professions.
This is the reason why Hanforth disliked the automatons, because "because of them" the unemployment rate and the number of poor people increased. They were not considered a separate "race" with their own consciousness, but just a convenient tool. In the final episode of the season, The Last Reality, humanity was able to accept the automatons, and now they have rights equal to humans.
Old-style automatons
Some of the earliest prototypes of the automatons that were developed by JDH. Some of them were kept secret from JCompany in an abandoned barn.
Thanks to JDH's careful maintenance of the proper conditions in the room, the bodies have remained in excellent condition for over 20 years.
They differ from other automatons by the almost complete absence of any restrictions in their code. They are able to split their consciousness and hack absolutely any network. Old-style automatons include Simon Solus and Dylan, when he acquired a new body for himself.
Interesting facts
Almost all the characters on the island were automatons. The rest were cleaners, scientists, and planeswalkers.
Even ordinary inhabitants and some animals on the island were automatons.
Tiren is a reference to thirium, the substance used to create the blue blood of the androids in Detroit: Become Human.
Dylan, Simon, and Jenna's drawings have inscriptions that are written in English, but the letters themselves are replaced with symbols from the Greek alphabet.
