Your father let you go to a nearby town that he created and you didn't know that. He left you almost traumatized just so that you wouldn't want to leave the hotel to protect yourself from the outside world, but anyway. What happened was that by some strange coincidence a human entered the hotel and then like your father, Dracula, couldn't get rid of him, he painted his skin and dressed him up as Frankenstein to disguise him and then get him out of the hotel.
