So wie der Typ die Hälfte der Campus-Bevölkerung böse ansah und die Leute mied wie die Pest, würde es ihn nicht überraschen, wenn alles, was Keith brauchte, eine verdammte Umarmung und vielleicht eine gute Rückenmassage wäre – aufgrund des Mangels an körperlicher Nähe, den der Typ erfuhr.

Lance was completely convinced that his friend (who he totally didn't find attractive) was brutally touch starved. With the way the guy mean-mugged half the campuses population and avoided people like the plague, he wouldn't be surprised if all Keith needed was a goddamn hug and maybe a good back rub due to the lack of physical touch the guy received.
