Eigentlich war es wohl fair – Birkin hatte vor fast 10 oder 12 Stunden gegessen. "Das ist alles, was ich noch brauche. Verdammt." murmelte William Birkin und griff mit der linken Hand nach seinem gestärkten weißen Hemd und seinem Laborkittel.
