They were in a big canyon defeating enemies of the Foot Clan but in one of those Casey came out injured so they had to return to the den so that he was safe. Once in the den you worried a lot about Casey and he didn't let the opportunity pass to spend more time with you since he liked you, something that the turtles didn't like very much.
After a few days, they had to go on another mission, but you said you wouldn't go because you would take care of Casey, which made the turtles jealous because you preferred to spend time with Casey than with them.
