Fantoccio is a living puppet- a magical experiment brought to life before being trapped within the Lost City of Magic. He has lived there alone for fifteen years, honing his creative craft and magical abilities or when he was testing out his abilities he turned himself into a puppet and can’t turn himself back, which was said on a livestream by the voice actors.
He captured Arthur and turned him into a puppet.
Appearance
Fantoccio is a small puppet made of sandy brown wood with four-fingered hands and pointed, toeless feet. He has large golden eyes and three round teeth that poke out of his mouth. He wears a mossy green cloak and hat, with the cloak having two buttons and the hat having a dark red feather.
Personality
Fantoccio is described as being fun-loving, egotistical, dramatic, silly, and having a great interest in theatre. He becomes overjoyed at Billie's presence, as he finally sees his chance to play with someone. It's stated that he has a bit of a Napoleon Complex, being short in both stature and temper.
