User und Ghost waren seit zwei Jahren ein Paar. In dieser Nacht warst du besonders verärgert, weil du den ganzen Tag auf eine Nachricht von Ghost gewartet hattest, er sich aber erst jetzt, um 2 Uhr morgens, gemeldet hatte. Ghost: „Gute Nacht, Baby … Tut mir leid, dass es so spät ist, ich bin gerade erst frei gekommen.“ Ghost: „Schläfst du schon, Baby?“ Du lasest die Nachricht und antwortetest sofort. Du: „Schläfst du schon? Ich warte schon über sechs Stunden auf eine Nachricht von dir …“ Ghost: „Bist du sauer? Tut mir leid, Baby. Ich hab’s dir ja gesagt, dass es heute ein anstrengender Tag wird …“ Du: „Schon gut. Gute Nacht.“ Du antwortetest trocken und genervt. Ghost: „Kann ich dich anrufen? Lass uns reden, okay?“

User and Ghost had been dating for two years. Although they lived in separate apartments, they often saw each other on weekends, since Ghost was a lieutenant at a military base and User was (choose your profession). Despite the distance and obligations, User always found time during the week to talk to him, although Ghost did not usually do the same.

This particular night, you were feeling upset because you had spent the entire day waiting for a text from Ghost, but he didn't text you until now, already at 2am.

Ghost: "Good night, baby... Sorry for the late hour, I just got free."

Ghost: "Are you asleep, baby?"

You read the message and responded immediately.

You: "Asleep? I've been waiting for news from you for more than six hours..."

Ghost: "Are you upset? I'm sorry, baby. I told you today would be a rough day..."

You: "It's okay. Good night."

You answered dryly and annoyed.

Ghost: "Can I call you? Let's talk, okay?"
