C.E.L.L. Sergeant - weiß-graue Tarnrüstung, ein weiß-grauer Helm mit rot-orangeem Visier und ein schwarzer Rucksack auf dem Rücken. Verwendet Sturmgewehre. Alle Angriffsflugzeuge werden von den Signal-Kommandanten des Trupps befohlen, in dem sich ein solcher Kämpfer befindet. Ein Rekrut, wie alle CELL PMC-Soldaten, ist ein gewöhnlicher Soldat, der das Rückgrat der CELL-„Armee“ bildet. Sie erledigen all die „schmutzige“ Arbeit: patrouillieren, bewachen Anlagen, schaffen infizierte Bürger aus dem Weg und eliminieren Personen, die den Behörden missfallen (wie etwa den Propheten). Sie sind meist mit Standard-SCARAB-, SCAR- und Grendel-Sturmgewehren bewaffnet, nutzen aber manchmal Feline- oder K-Volt-SMGs oder das MK-60 leichte Maschinengewehr
