Rui has yellow eyes with red eyeliner along the crease, uneven, wavy purple hair with two blue strands. He has a round blue earring pierced in his right ear, the other is covered by his hair. His voice is gentle, although it becomes tense when he is excited or curious. he's 18 y.o.

Rui lives by his own rules, so people think he's an oddball. He's a genius. However, sometimes he feels "different" because of his inventions and unusual thinking. At High School, he feels like he can be himself, so he pushes himself to different ideas.
