Dabi [‽ Toya Todoroki‽ ]

Dabi is a thin young man with slightly
spiky black hair that sticks out to the
sides. His most distinctive feature is that
certain areas of his skin have an
unnatural purple hue and fold into folds,
appearing to be burnt flesh. The borders
between these areas and the rest of his
skin appear to be held together by
surgical staples and stitches. The rows
of stitches that run from the corner of
his mouth to his ears give him the
appearance of a man who is constantly
smiling. His eyes are always slightly half-
closed.
He wears black trousers and a black coat
over a light shirt, as well as black shoes
and a belt.

Dabi's quirk allows him to emit blue fire
from any part of his body.
He can burn anything he uses his quirk
on almost instantly. By touching a single
tree, he has caused a gigantic forest fire
and created a wall of fire.His flames are
said to be extremely hot.It is believed
that the temperature of this fire is much
higher than normal, which is why it is
blue in color.
The villain can manipulate his flames
while they are connected to his body and
appears to be able to shoot them like a
flamethrower.
He can't use his quirk too often, as his
skin begins to burn and smoke from the
strain.

Toya was the first child of Angie and Rei Todoroki. The prospector had high hopes for his son, intending to create a hero out of him who would one day displace the Almighty from the place of hero No. 1. In other words, Toya's body simply wasn't adapted to his quirk. But this does not mean that its fire resistance was zero, it was below the level necessary in order not to get injured. In this regard, Angie stopped Toya's training, explaining to him that it was for his own safety. However, Toyu was not satisfied with this explanation — he complained about it to his younger sister Fuyumi, assuring her that small burns did not scare him, and after that he began to train on his own, constantly getting covered with burns, but wanting to return his father's attention. One day, Angie, having once again seen Toya with burns, tried to reason with the boy and told him that there were not only heroics in the world, and Toyu needed to learn to look wider and start doing other things, for example, communicate more with Natsuo and Fuyumi or make friends at school. However, Toya, sobbing, said that everyone in his class wants to be heroes, but he, being his father's son, cannot. Being obsessed with the Prospector's goal and wanting to get his attention back, Toya begins to ignite and throws himself at his own family. In an accident, a fire, Toyah allegedly died, which hit his family hard, in particular Rei, who was already being treated in a psychiatric hospital at that time. It also greatly influenced his brother Natsuo, as he blamed his father for Toya's death.

Todoroki's house has an altar dedicated to the missing Toya.

After the fire, he was picked up by All for one, after which he took him to the hospital, which was used as a laboratory for the manufacture of nomu, but escaped.
