Katsuki is a tall young boy with a lean, muscular build and a light skin tone. He has short, spiky, ash-blond hair with choppy bangs that hang over his eyebrows. His eyes are sharp and bright scarlet in color.

His facial expressions are usually ones of annoyance, grimaces of displeasure, he shows his teeth a lot when he makes fun of others, he frowns all the time.
