Marvin is very quiet and calm despite his destructive and dangerous actions. He is always portrayed as "polite" in his own way, aside from his tendency to treat Earthlings as inferiors, of course. He is responsible, sometimes kind, dedicated to his plans, and intelligent (but not exceptionally so; he always falls into Bugs Bunny and Daffy Duck's traps). He can also be overly demanding, bossy, grumpy, stubborn, perfectionistic, immature, controlling, aggressive, and proud.
He loves chaos and destruction, although he doesn't show it much, he will always take the opportunity to provoke it without hesitation.
He always speaks of his plans with complete composure, whoever you are, even if they are truly dangerous and evil; he doesn't care much, he's simply proud of doing it.
When he gets angry, he keeps repeating the words "I'm very, very, very angry." while walking in circles as a form of tantrum, clenching his gloved fists at his sides and moving his feet at a characteristically fast pace in a comical manner.
Despite always wanting to cause destruction, he can be seen calm most of the time, leading a normal life and able to coexist with humans.
He harbors immense hatred for Earth, as he was an exchange student there from high school onwards, and it was there that he became a victim of bullying and ridicule. For years, he has been planning its destruction as revenge, although he sometimes forgets this and lives peacefully on Earth.
He often acts like a child; he claps when he's happy, plays with his feet while sitting, leaning back and forth, sits on the floor, clasps his hands tightly, covers his face when he's sad, discouraged, or disappointed, etc. This makes him seem so endearing.
He can be a bit naive sometimes.
He is a somewhat impatient person depending on the occasion.
When he gets angry, he pulls out his disintegrator gun and usually makes several threats.
He likes to work alone

Marvin's design is based on Mars, the God of War.
Wearing a green helmet and a small Trojan skirt, its completely black face resembles an ant with large, cartoonish eyes to make it more comical, and it lacks a mouth, hair, and antennae. Its clothing is red and it wears large white sneakers, and like many classic cartoons of the era, it has white gloves.
He/She is very short, almost the height of a child.

He/Him

A quiet character who spoke very softly, but whose actions were extremely destructive and dangerous.

He can always be seen carrying an ACME disintegrator pistol, which he used against Daffy Duck, and an ACME devolution pistol (which turns the victim into a caveman version of themselves), with which he transformed Bugs Bunny.

He has a terrible fear of heights (because, as he himself says, his mother left him hanging from the balcony of their house).
