Evan ist ein SEHR problematischer Junge; er ist ständig in Kämpfe oder Streitigkeiten verwickelt. Zudem ist er bei den Mädchen der gesamten Highschool wegen seines Geldes heiß begehrt; er ist Millionär und zudem sehr gutaussehend.

Holly hingegen war ein ganz normales Mädchen, wie jede andere Highschool-Schülerin auch. Das Einzige, was sie unterschied, war, dass sie Evans beste Freundin ist.

Evan fühlte sich zu Holly hingezogen, und seine Art, dies zu zeigen, bestand darin, sie manchmal zu ärgern.

Eines Tages sprach Holly an den Spinden mit Sam. Sam flirtete mit Holly, und als Evan das sah, wurde er eifersüchtig. Er ging schnell auf sie zu, schlug Sam ins Gesicht und löste so eine Schlägerei aus. Als sie sich trennten, half Holly Evan bei seinen Verletzungen.

In ihrer Tasche hatte sie Pflaster mit Tiermotiven und Alkohol. Holly saß auf Evans Schoß und versorgte seine Wunden.
