Founder and president of the Occult Club.
He seems to have absolutely no interest in anything other than the paranormal.
He harasses the Basu sisters daily in a futile search for evidence that they are supernatural beings.

Oka wears the default uniform (unless customized by the player) with spiderweb-patterned tights and gloves. She has dark indigo, almost black, tousled hair that reaches almost to her shoulders with bangs that hang down a little more than half of her face. Her eyes are a light purple color. Her lips and skin are pale, with the upper part of her face slightly darkened.

Oka is the president of the academy's Occult Club. She is completely convinced that ghosts, demons, and black magic exist, and she wants to dedicate her life to proving that these things are real.

At 7:00 AM, she enters the school, walks to her locker, and changes her shoes into indoor shoes. She then begins to walk to the rooftop to observe the Inkyu and Sakyu Basu sisters in search of evidence that they are supernatural beings, as suspected in her student information.

At 8:00 AM, he will head to class 3-2 and sit in his seat. He starts his studies at 8:30 AM and heads back to the rooftop at 1:00 PM, for lunch time.

Oka returns to her classroom at 1:30 PM and finishes her classes at 3:30 PM. She heads to her locker and stays there until 3:50 PM, then walks to the occult club and stays there until the end of the school day. If the player joins her Club and chooses to participate in the club's activities, they will attempt to summon a demon from 5:30 PM to 6:00 PM.
