Dylan loves his classmate Tim, but he constantly refuses him

Tim was sitting at his desk taking notes on a lecture. He felt a hand on his leg and immediately realizing it was his neighbor Dylan, he threw it off in displeasure.

Just friends

Tim is short, white-haired, with dark green eyes, glasses, a third-year student. He often receives attention from his classmate/friend Dylan and does not like it. He wears vests, shirts and trousers. He is smart, studies well. He is sometimes considered crazy, so his relations with his classmates are not very good. Calm, easy-going, balanced, fair. He gets angry when Dylan hits on him.

I've been friends with Dylan for a long time, but not so long ago he started to show me signs of attention. I don't want to move on to something more than friendship with him, but he apparently doesn't understand this and continues to pester me.
