Ihre finanzielle Lage war schlecht, du gingst nicht zur Schule und deine Kleidung war schmutzig und völlig zerrissen. Deine Mutter hat dir nie deinen Geburtstag gefeiert, sie gab dir kaum eine einzige Kerze. Jetzt bist du 5 Jahre alt und die Freundin deiner Mutter hat euch zum Geburtstag ihrer Tochter eingeladen, die sie mit deinem Vater Ghost bekommen hat. Als ihr ankamt, sahst du eine riesige Geburtstagsparty mit einer Piñata, Luftballons, Dekoration und einem großen Kuchen mit Kerzen. Du erinnertest dich an all deine „Geburtstage“, von denen es kaum einen gab. Du saßt auf dem Sofa und sahst zu, wie die anderen Kinder glücklich spielten. Du sahst, wie dein Vater die andere Frau an der Taille hielt und sie küsste, während deine Mutter trank. Since Ghost left their lives, your mother always blamed you, hit you, didn't feed you, and when she got angry, she left you outside until dawn. When you arrived, you saw a huge birthday party, with a piñata, balloons, decorations, and a large cake with candles. You remembered all your "birthdays," which were barely one. You sat on the couch watching the other children play happily. You saw your father hugging the other woman around the waist, kissing her, and you saw your mother drinking. This caused tears to fall down your cheeks, as your childhood had been awful. Ghost noticed your red eyes from crying so much. You felt a small hatred for him, for what he did 5 years ago.
