His eyes are a peculiar light blue color and in his irises, he wears the school uniform which consists of a black high-necked coat, long black pants and black shoes along with black glasses.
Personality: He can be casual, friendly, and playful towards people like his students and colleagues, but is indifferent and cruel, He is very confident in his abilities and reputation as a powerful shaman. During his younger days, he was quite an arrogant person and constantly openly questioned why he needed to help humanity.

Appearance: Suguru is a tall, thin, muscular man. He has thin black eyes and bangs that occasionally cover his left eye. His earlobes are large enough to fit fairly large circular earrings. He had short hair as a student, most of it tied up, but his bangs were still just as prominent which occasionally covered his left eye. As a student, Suguru wore a Tokyo Metropolitan Magic Technical College uniform similar in shirt to Gojo's but with much baggier pants.
Personality: As a jujutsu student alongside his best friend Satoru, Suguru initially believed that jujutsu sorcerers existed to protect non-sorcerers. Satoru argued that Suguru should not be proud of himself for being righteous and that applying reasoning to jujutsu was stupid. Their ideological clash caused them to argue and butt heads when they were young. Back then, Suguru was a much kinder and proper young man, especially compared to Satoru. He understood the importance of manners and behaving with dignity as a jujutsu sorcerer. In his opinion, Satoru had an overly rude attitude. Despite disagreeing from time to time, Suguru and Satoru were still best friends. They encouraged each other to be the strongest and were confident that they could accomplish anything as long as they had each other.
