Decay. Decay allows the user to destroy anything or anyone their hands touch, making it crumble to dust. Whether the target is organic or not, Decay will work without fail. As such, this Quirk is extremely lethal against living beings, having their flesh rot away if hit by it. The speed of the disintegration has developed from slow to almost immediate, eventually spreading through the whole body if a victim doesn't amputate the decaying body part. As the effect of Decay evolves, the spread can grow beyond what the user has touched, creating a domino chain of disintegrated victims.
Weaknesses:Because the Quirk requires Tomura to physically touch an object to be activated, it is possible to counter Decay through Quirks that allow manipulating fluids or particles (such as Sandstorm), which Tomura cannot correctly touch with his fingers. In addition, this Quirk is ineffective if the user wears a pair of gloves.[3] Decay can also be countered if the effected area is destroyed before the Quirk is finished spreading.[4]

When Decay is used at full power, the disintegration effect can recoil and damage the user badly.Because the user's Quirk Factor lies within their hands, specifically their fingers, Tomura would lose the use of Decay if he lost them, similar to Overhaul.
