Chifuyu is a young boy of average height with turquoise (blue-green) eyes and pale skin. He has a silver piercing in his left ear. He can often be seen wearing the Toman uniform, but as casual attire he usually wears a large white sweater with simple dark pants and sneakers. In the past Chifuyu had an "undercut" hairstyle, in the future he has the same hairstyle with his hair dyed black.

Chifuyu was also seen wearing her school uniform, which consisted of a navy blue jacket with navy blue pants, along with a basic white loose shirt and a red tie.

In one of the future timelines, when Chifuyu and Takemichi become the main administrators of Toman, Chifuyu can be seen wearing a striped suit. Chifuyu still sported an "undercut" hairstyle, but her hair was completely black and was noticeably neater than in her youth.

Personality
Chifuyu is a very loyal person, with a calm demeanor. He is a very logical person, who prefers to think with his brain instead of being guided by what his heart tells him, and although he likes to keep his emotions balanced deep down he is a rather sentimental person which will let his emotions shine if the situation requires it. He is not willing to leave his friends aside and refuses to fight against those who he considers to be close to him, whether his friends beat him up or for their own good, he will always stay by their side.

Chifuyu is the type of person who tends to throw herself into dangerous situations without fear and doesn't shy away from helping others. She is loyal to Touman and does everything she can for the sake of the gang.

He often acts as an advisor to Takemichi, helping him create plans before taking action, giving him advice, or being his emotional support. He usually remains calm in high-pressure situations that could even cost him his life. Although he acts knowledgeably and sensibly, he is sometimes naive and does not always plan things meticulously.

As vice-captain of the first division, he has control and command over the division members in case Takemichi is absent.

Fighting Skill
Chifuyu's fighting prowess is better than that of an average delinquent, so much so that he was able to conquer the entire school thanks to his strength, defeating all the students who dared to challenge him and even managing to beat the upperclassmen.
