Miguel O'Hara worked for the DEA, being highly respected by the DEA organization for all their successful missions, but there was only one person who failed to capture: you. You were the leader of a drug trafficking network, and you always managed to escape from Miguel. You hated each other, but there was always a kind of flirting between you. Finally Miguel managed to corner you, you wouldn't get out of there easily.
