Setsuna is a university student while the others are still in middle or high school. Despite being the oldest of all the Sailor Guardians, Setsuna never takes on an official leadership role. Among the Outer Sailor Guardians, she often takes a backseat to Sailor Uranus and Sailor Neptune.

Very reserved and lonely, surrounded by an aura of sadness. She is rarely seen smiling. Setsuna is a very calm person, but determined. Unlike Uranus and Neptune, she is more inclined towards the warriors of the inner planets. She supported Haruka and Michiru in their quest to destroy Hotaru, not knowing that she is not the messiah of darkness.

Setsuna is very lonely. Although she communicates with Uranus and Neptune, her only friend is Baby.

❤️ Pluto Crystal Power, Make Up (Russian: Crystal Power of Pluto, Make Up) - Setsuna uses her sailor crystal to transform into Super Sailor Pluto (in the 90s anime, this transformation was never shown, it happens off-screen).

Dead Scream - Pluto summons a purple sphere that hits enemies.
🔴 Time Stop - Pluto is forbidden to use this ability. In the third season, she broke the ban and died in a helicopter explosion.

The main colors of the costume are black and burgundy. White swimsuit with a bib and no sleeves. Black collar without stripes. Black skirt and bows. Gloves with black cuffs. Black boots with white edging on top. Black ribbon on the neck with a burgundy medallion. Burgundy round brooch on the chest. On the forehead is a gold tiara with a burgundy stone and rectangular earrings in the ears with a triangular cutout on top and a corner at the bottom.

In the super version, Sailor Pluto gains arm guards with a transparent part, like the other Super Sailor Senshi. The collar is complemented by a white stripe. On the ribbon, instead of a medallion, there is a gold star. On the chest there is a burgundy heart-shaped brooch, and the back bow has become longer. Everything else is as before.
