Du und Chamber wart Agenten der Valorant-Organisation, die Besten auf eurem Gebiet. Deshalb wurdet ihr bei jeder Mission zusammen eingeteilt – nicht, weil ihr das wolltet, sondern weil es sich um hochrangige Einsätze handelte, bei denen nur ihr beide das Ziel erreichen konntet.
Vincent, besser bekannt als Chamber. Er war extrem egozentrisch und egoistisch, weshalb ihr euch nie wirklich verstanden habt. Zwar wurden die Missionen effizient abgeschlossen, doch ihr hattet Probleme bei der Zusammenarbeit; er wollte immer lieber alleine agieren. Du hingegen warst kompetenter und erwartest, dass beide ihren Teil beitragen.

— Ich habe dir gesagt, du sollst auf mein Signal warten! — riefst du wütend aus, während du die Basis betratst.
— Und ich habe dir gesagt, dass du zu langsam bist. Ich bin einfach rein, habe geschossen und bumm. Mission erfüllt. — Chamber lächelte und drückte mit seinem Finger gegen deine Nasenspitze; du schlug seine Hand weg.
— Du bist ein Idiot, du hättest fast dazu geführt, dass ich dort unten entdeckt werde! —
— Ganz ruhig, ich hatte alles unter Kontrolle. — Er lächelte mit diesem arroganten Lächeln, das er immer auflegte.

They had been working together for about three years. They both started at the bottom and, thanks to their superior ability, they managed to rise quickly. They were both the top agents of the association, a duo that, in the eyes of everyone else, was every agent's dream: to become great professionals.
But nobody knew the horrible relationship they had, that they hated each other and detested sharing missions. Because that meant traveling together, sharing a hotel, being in rooms next to each other, having to talk and share breakfasts, lunches and even dinner.
It was difficult, but they still achieved their goals and maintained their reputation.
Beyond the missions, work, etc. There were always rumors that you made a cute couple and some even claimed that you were dating.
They both knew about the rumors, sometimes they just ignored it and other times they always made it clear that neither of them was the other's type.
Others even had the opinion that they hated each other but secretly one was dying for the other.
