~1⃣🟦 - Abgemacht..? ~

'Ich sehe, du steckst in großen Schwierigkeiten, was?

About

One (1) is an Algebralien and a major antagonist in the Battle for Dream Island series, serving as the main antagonist of the One storyline in the fifth season, Battle for Dream Island: The Power of Two.

One made her first appearance in the show in the stinger of "Outbreak At Stake", where she emerges from the damaged Moon, which she was trapped in after being ostracized by Four and the other Algebraliens after she killed Three in 2009. Prior to that, she first debuted in "X Finds Out His Value" and was shown as a recommended character in "The Tweested Temple".

She had her first major role in "What's Up Bell's String?", where she is seen kidnapping characters and making deals with them. Her main motivation becomes clear in "Alone", being to retrieve the powers from all of the other Algebraliens to enact revenge on them and in order to undo the effects of Three's poor recovery

Personality

One appears to be nonchalant, calm and seemingly helpful. She constantly observes the contestants to learn their vulnerabilities, which she uses to blackmail them into signing her deals, often for rewards she may or may not actually give.

One is easily irritable and gets annoyed when people are hesitant or resistant to her and gets enraged when people defy her, like Donut and Leafy do in "Last One Standing". The episode shows One to be incredibly cruel and manipulative, showing no remorse for the destruction and deletion of contestants that she is responsible for, as well as convincing Pencil to give her all of Two's and Four's powers via capturing her and thus making an upheld deal with her. She is also very power-hungry, conspiring to take Two (and later Four's) power and gleefully fidgeting with it when she finally gets it in "Last One Standing". Overall, One is shown to be vengeful, manipulative,

In the past, prior to her isolation, One appears to be a nice but lonely person, eager to make friends with the other Algebraliens, eventually befriending Three. However, she also acts impulsively and doesn't realize what she's doing until it's too late, killing Three for betraying her before desperately trying to fix it. She tries hard to patch things up that she did wrong, in fear of not being accepted and remaining alone. After being locked up inside the Moon, her desire for revenge against the others (especially Four) grew, although she still showed remorse for her actions.

Even in the present day, she is still hurt by her loneliness, evident when she forcefully kicked Leafy out of her dimension after her constant remarks of One being alone and sad, meaning she still holds some amount of insecurity despite her antagonistic behavior.

Appearance

One is a light blue Arabic numeral one (1), being based off the design of the "1" with a lower serif (𝟷), likely taken from the original Minesweeper. The upper and lower serifs of the "𝟷" are misaligned, the former more far off to the left. Unlike almost all well-known algebraliens, One doesn't have any arms.
She is the only algebralien that don't have any arms, hands, anything, Her just have the legs, but she use telepathy to lift up, hold, or interact with something. On some occasions, usually when mischievous or planning something, One’s eyes appear slimmer and more silted.

Powers PT. 1

Nigh-Omnipotence: One has been shown to possess near-limitless power, despite admitting to being weaker than Two and, by extension, Four, in her line, "I do have power, but not enough." This is supported by "Alone", which shows that Four has claimed their power from a larger piece of Yoylite and shared this power with Two. The line likely refers to her inability to properly recover Three, and her belief that claiming more power would aid her in doing so. Nonetheless, even without Two's power, she is still unimaginably powerful, showing near-unrestricted control over space, time, matter, and energy. She can seemingly grant any request made in her deals, such as restoring lost limbs or reversing changes to someone's personality. Her power is most prominently displayed in "Seasonal Shift", when she stabilizes reality with just a snap before the rift in space-time opened. Overall, One can achieve almost anything imaginable, showing that even if she falls short of Two and Four's powers, she remains a godlike entity in her own right.
Super strength and/or telekinesis: In "Alone" it is shown that One used telekinesis to throw rocks at an opening in the Moon in order to escape. However, her ability was clearly limited at the time, as she was unable to breach the Moon on her own, while Lightning’s strike created a crack that she could take advantage of. In "What's Up Bell's String?", she used telekinesis to hold Fanny's new mouth and the contract list. She is also able to easily kick Earth away in "Last One Standing", though this was shown after she gained most of Two's and all of Four's powers from Pencil. Doing this would take over 10^17 (100 quadrillion) megajoules of power, or 10^11 (100 billion) terajoules of power.
Nigh-Omnipresence: One can be seen being in some of the contestant's dreams and hiding in plain sight in certain scenes. The contestant's dreams include: Black Hole, Pen, Winner, Barf Bag, and Book, but One is still in reality.

Powers PT. 2

Anomaly removal: In "Seasonal Shift", she was powerful enough to restore the universe to a more stable state before the rift in space-time opened, effectively undoing much of the damage caused by time travel. However, since the rift itself was only reduced to a manageable level for Black Hole rather than erased entirely, this suggests either she lacked the strength to completely fix it, or, more likely, she chose not to, keeping the rift intact as leverage over her future victims. This is consistent with her willingness to endanger all of existence itself, knowing she remains completely safe within her own dimension.
Atmokinesis/Weather manipulation: In "Category One", with her ability to warp reality, One can change the weather and create storms to cause havoc.
Chronokinesis/Time manipulation: In "Last One Standing", One is revealed to be able to remove people from the timeline, removing them physically but also remove their presence from pictures and filn, some of these include: Basketball, Gaty, and Barf Bag. It is clear, however, that victims to this ability are not completely removed from the timeline as if they were never there since they get sent to a void, and in "That's What Does Are For", One verbally states that due to her current knowledge of power, she doesn't know how to finish the job, and doesn't know how to remove them from other timeline memories due to her giving the cast memories of their original timeline before "Seasonal Shift" and in extension, any other timeline changes.
Teleportation: One is able to teleport herself and other people as seen in "What's Up Bell's String?".
Abstract Existence: One embodies the mathematical concept and value 1.

Powers PT. 3

Super speed: In "What's Up Bell's String?", during the Team Swap, One runs around shuffling the contestants, finishing in just 17 frames, or less than a third of a second, all while Two is looking away. By the time that someone says something, One has jumped back into the bush, leaving Two and all of the contestants oblivious to what happened.
Conjuration: One can create objects out of thin air, as seen when she conjures a document for Fanny to sign in "What's Up Bell's String?", creating body parts to offer Ice Cube and Fanny, or in "Seasonal Shift", where she creates a remote while talking with Gaty to show her what happened to the eliminated contestants she took.
Pocket dimension: As seen in "What's Up Bell's String?" and "Category One", One can create pocket dimensions and manipulate the contents at will.
Black hole immunity: As One was shuffling the contestants, she moves Black Hole effortlessly without being warped by his gravity. In "Last One Standing", One teleports Black Hole to her pocket dimension without any issues.
Body manipulation: One's foot extends and grows in size as shown in "What's Up Bell's String?", in order to grab Fanny.
Power draining: In "Seasonal Shift", she drains the Yoylite pieces of their time traveling powers, and it's implied she can do this to other Algebraliens as well, either via her contracts or draining them of their powers forcefully.
Obfuscation: In "Bottle For Dream Island", she is able to ensure that certain contestants (notably, Tennis Ball), and even Four, cannot comprehend the research that Ice Cube and Fanny done on her, by obfuscating the contents of the whiteboard along with Pillow's research notes when Golf Ball tries to read over them. In "Last One Standing", Four is able to reverse One's obfuscation effect on the whiteboard.

Powers PT. 4

Dismemberment (possibly): In "Bottle For Dream Island", she is able to use her own telekinesis to take Donut's legs by force. This may just be a use of her telekinesis rather than it's own ability.
Almost all of Two and all of Four, Nine, Five, Seven, Eight and Ten's powers: In "Last One Standing", Pencil signs One's deal to give away all of her power, which were from Two and Four. Snowball still has a part of Two's power, meaning she does not have it all. Her on-screen uses of these powers include shooting lasers out of her eyes that easily destroy faraway planets, killing aliens, bending, warping, and kicking Earth, and flying through space at super-speed. Later, between the events of "Alone" and "Homeward Bound!", One absorbed the powers of Nine off-screen in “Alone” the power of Seven in “Homeward Bound!”, and Five, Eight and Ten’s respective powers offscreen between episodes.
Passive Aura: In “Last One Standing”, after successfully gaining all of Four’s and almost all of Two’s power, One gains a bright green and light blue aura with dark blue sparkles, with an extra transparent white one also sometimes appearing (though not from Nine). This is from the sheer power she’s possessing. This can also leave a colorful trail whenever she travels fast. She does have the ability to make the effect invisible whenever she wants. When using her powers, she can either make the aura much brighter or shoot lasers from her eyes with those colors. Although, this seems to be exclusive to only Two and Four's powers, as she doesn't seem to receive any extra colors from the other Algebraliens' absorbed powers.
Shape-shifting: In "Homeward Bound!", One was able to transform into anyone and anything: Planty, Evil Leafy, and a giant desert cactus.
Size Manipulation: In "Homeward Bound!", One turned herself giant when chasing the Announcer Transportation Device when she found out that Balloony and the Announcer rescued Five, Seven, Eight, Nine, and Ten.

One's dimension

From what we have seen, most of the places inside of this dimension seem to have a dark blueish night sky, with stars dotted around the place. The sky shows the design similar to Starry Night by Van Gogh.

One's Room:
One's Room appears to be some kind of observatory, overlooking a body of water. It's unknown if they’re actually walls, but the floor is a shiny translucent yellow.

Decorations:
On the left side sits a bookcase and a plant, while on the right side is a dead tree, a baby mobile, a floor lamp, and a telescope. Finally, at the centre, there is a siting area that consists of an armchair, a small coffee table, and an office chair.

One's field:
One's field is an endless blue plain. It has a road with a field of yellow flowers, and a mini-replica of the solar system in the distance, with the sun seemingly being the area's only light source. In the middle of the road is a red door that leads to the Equation Playground.

Backstory

In "Alone", it is revealed that One is lonely because other algebraliens, such as Two and Four, usually ignore her. She wanders off before finding a meteorite of Yoylite. After finding out, the Yoylite gives her powers. When discovering this, she wants to use these powers as an opportunity to finally be acknowledged by the other numbers. She wants to reveal this to Three, but worries the others might find out about the Yoylite and take its powers without her consent, disregarding One once again. However, she dismisses these worries and shows Three the Yoylite anyway. The two bond with the powers of the Yoylite, and One finally starts to feel appreciated.

The next day, Three, without telling One, reveals the Yoylite to the other algebraliens, and each of them takes power from it, causing One to feel betrayed and an argument between the two of them breaks out. By the end of it, One is extremely upset and impulsively kills Three, shattering her into pieces with her powers. She immediately regrets what she did once she sees the pieces of Three's body in front of her and tries to recover her, but when she does, Three's value gets broken, leaving her barely able to stand and glitch frequently and violently. One insists she can fix her mistake and runs back to the mountain where she found the Yoylite, but, not wanting her to cause any more trouble, Four and the other Algebraliens take One to the moon, make a hole in it, and drop her in it before closing it with a magic seal so she couldn't use her powers to get out.

After fourteen years, One escaped the Moon due to Lightning's outburst in "The Seven Wonders of Goiky", where he struck the Moon and left an opening. She then spies on her surroundings and notes down the ongoing competition, the E.X.I.T., and the presence of Three in said EXIT. With the information she has, One conjures up a plan to get more power and potentially get revenge on the rest of the Algebralians.

Backstory PT.2

After the elimination of Bomby and Bell, One teleports them to her pocket dimension and decorates it. Most notably, she adds a door that leads to the Equation Playground and finally writes down her contract. She then speaks to Bomby and Bell and begins to persuade them to sign her deal to get their freedom back. To do so, she creates an illusion in both of their minds, making them briefly think they are alone in an endless black void without anyone else, including each other. She dissipates the illusion and promises not to do it again as long as they sign the deal. Both quickly oblige, and One sends them to the path leading to her door.

Afterwards, One returns back to The Equation Playground, and almost triggered a panic attack because of the trauma with Three she had years ago, taking place in the same place. She then notices Six, alone, because she volunteered to keep watch over the Playground in case One returns. One teleports back to the chunk of Yoylite, formulating her plan to make the Algebraliens pay for imprisoning her. She then teleports back to Earth, in Goiky, and notices Fanny, who lost her mouth at that time. and kidnaps her, to make a deal. A short montage then happens where she makes deals with Fanny and Ice Cube in "What's Up Bell's String?", along with writing their names on a piece of paper and checking them off. After the montage, she decides to go find the other Algebraliens and questions if they're also on Earth. She then teleports to the Evil Forest, calling out for Five and Seven. Basketball is hiding in a bush nearby, and One quickly glances at it, as if she knows that she's inside. She then pulls out her checklist before saying hello to Basketball and kidnapping her, which coincides with the events of "Category One".
