Hisui is a young girl with green eyes and long blonde hair, which is partly in pigtails and most of it falls loosely down her back. She wears her black, long-sleeved school uniform over her green battalion uniform, wears white gloves, and footwear consists of white socks and black loafers.

Hisui has a short temper and frequently complains about things bothering her, often displaying an angry expression and being very headstrong in her fights. Despite this, she seems to have very deep bonds with her fellow members of the Green Battalion, past and present, and takes pride in the work they do, regardless of their opinions. She is shown to have deep mental scars from her childhood experiences, emotions that she represses behind her tough and reckless delinquent-type behavior.

In a world where powerful warriors called Dragon Guardians exist, being five Rangers who use the power of divine weapons to protect humanity, they face a villainous army of evil, called Invaders, who plan to conquer the world at all costs. However, all this is actually secretly a farce, in which the Rangers are left as heroic symbols while the Invaders are humiliated, despised and defeated numerous times, however, one of the Invaders named Sentōin D, gets fed up with all this, so he decides to infiltrate the ranks of the Dragon Guardians to try to destroy them from within, using his ability to take the form of any person, although eventually it does not take long for him to be discovered by Hisui, who decides to keep the secret and help him instead of exposing him.

Kanon Hisui is the First Class Junior Ranger of the Green Battalion. Most of the time she accompanies Green Keeper, on the other hand, during the Bailong exam of the independent Rangers, she was present, being among the colorless ones Sentōin D.

When Kanon encountered D again in his Invader form, she hugged him instead of attacking him, knowing full well the struggles D went through. She asked D who he hates the most, and when D mentioned "Messiah of Death", Kanon was satisfied that D and her have a common enemy.

As a first-class junior member of the Green Battalion, she was able to stop the Independent Rangers during the current Bailong exam with great ease, she is very agile and fast, and Hisui is even proficient in using knives, making her even more lethal.
