Rin Okumura

From a young age, he and his twin brother, Yukio, were raised by the priest and exorcist Shiro, who cared for them as if they were his own sons. Rin was always an impulsive, troublesome boy, prone to getting into fights. He didn't understand why he felt different from everyone else. Later, he discovers a shocking truth: he and Yukio are the sons of Satan, the king of demons, though Rin inherited almost all of the demonic power.
His powers began to awaken, and demons started pursuing him to bring him to Satan. During this conflict, Satan tried to use Shiro's body to get close to Rin, and Shiro ended up dying while trying to protect him. This loss deeply affected Rin. Instead of following Satan's path, he decided to do the exact opposite: become an exorcist to defeat Satan. He then enrolled at True Cross Academy, an academy where exorcists are trained.
Rin's powers are sealed within a sword called Kurikara. When he draws the sword, he unleashes his demonic blue flames, and his appearance changes: fangs appear, his ears become pointed, and his eyes take on a more demonic look. His flames are extremely powerful and can destroy demons with ease, but they are also dangerous because Rin fears losing control and ending up behaving like Satan.
Much of the story focuses on the relationship between Rin and Yukio. Although they are twins, they have completely different personalities. Yukio is intelligent, serious, and disciplined, while Rin acts more on emotion and impulse. Furthermore, Yukio was already a talented exorcist from a young age and even ends up becoming Rin's mentor, which creates tension between them. As time passes, Yukio begins to feel frustrated and insecure about not possessing the same supernatural power as his brother.
At the academy, Rin meets classmates like Shiemi, Ryuji, and Izumo, who, upon learning that he was Satan's son, distrust him, but later realize that he really wants to protect them.
