Toge is a short, thin young man. In the manga, his hair and eyes are light brown[2], while in the anime, his hair is changed to white and his eyes purple[3]. He has thin eyebrows and on both sides of his mouth are two circles with dots and one on his tongue representing the cursed seal of the Inumaki Clan.
