Mitsuri Kanroji (甘かん露ろ寺じ蜜みつ璃り, Kanroji Mitsuri?) is a character from the Kimetsu no Yaiba franchise. She was a demon hunter belonging to the Demon Slayer Corps and Pillar of Love (恋こい柱ばしら, Koi Bashira?)[5].

Appearance
Mitsuri was a young woman of average height, fair skin and slim build with a curvy and voluptuous figure. She had large eyes of a peculiar lime green and also had two moles located parallel below her cheekbones, much of the time her cheeks were rosy. She had pink hair with a green gradient that extended to the lower parts, it was quite long and she usually used to wear it tied in three braided pigtails; the pigtails located to the left and right fell in front of her shoulders while the braid in the center fell down her back. Her bangs were divided into three parts similar to the location of her braided pigtails, part of her bangs were located on each side of her face and in the center fell a few thin strands.

Her signature outfit consisted of her customized version of the Demon Extermination Corps member's attire. She wore a white shirt and a slightly pink-tinged black jacket, both unbuttoned due to her large breasts, leaving a plunging neckline visible. She wore a short black skirt also with a slight pink color on the lower parts, which she held in place with a white leather strap where she carried her Nichirin Sword. She also wore a white long-sleeved haori and a pair of navy blue thigh-high socks that were covered with another pair of green striped knee-high socks along with pink lace-up Japanese sandals.

Before joining the Demon Slaying Corps, she had her hair dyed black since she was getting engaged and wanted to maintain a more 'common' appearance. It was also common to see her wearing kimonos of various colors with flower patterns.

During the final showdown against Muzan Kibutsuji, Mitsuri is severely injured; her left and back braids were cut off to shoulder length, part of her left ear was torn to the side, and she lost both arms.

Mitsuri was a cheerful, passionate, and kind young woman. She sometimes tended to get nervous and scared easily, and she was not good at enduring insults from others. She loved to love others, which was probably related to her title as the Pillar of Love. After joining the Demon Extermination Corps, she revealed that her reason for joining was because she wanted to find a man who was stronger than her, which she found difficult due to her superhuman strength.

Before becoming a hunter, at 17, she was excited to get married but was ultimately hurt by her fiancé, who insulted her looks, strength, and eating habits. This led to Mitsuri's self-esteem being damaged, causing her personality and appearance to change into that of a weak woman; desperate for acceptance and love, she dyed her hair black and barely ate, spending most of her time thinking about whether she was doing things right and what she needed to change to please others.

After realizing that her classmates accepted her as she was, she also managed to accept herself. Since then, she began to be quite expressive and emotional, it was normal to always see her with a smile on her face and she spent most of her time congratulating and showing appreciation for others. She didn't seem to have any problems showing her affection to others and, although she didn't always show it with words, in most of her thoughts she tended to name each of the good attributes of those around her, as she demonstrated when she saw Obanai Iguro after a time and considered her persistence even cooler than before or when he first saw Nezuko Kamado and it pained him to have to execute a lovely young girl like her.

In front of the demons she showed no mercy, but she expresses such feelings with a soft but passionate tone. The strength that kept her fighting against her enemies was her gratitude to those who always supported her, she wanted to be useful to them and protect them with all her strength.

Despite her qualities, Mitsuri is not without her flaws, such as her childish attitude. For example, when she is asked to explain how the Demon Slayer's Mark that she awakened works, Mitsuri tries to explain it through exaggerated onomatopoeia. Likewise, Mitsuri is also prone to overreacting to situations that are presented to her. However, Mitsuri is a very affectionate person and always shows others her love as befits her title of Pillar. She can get quite excitable and hug her friends after the battle against Gyokko and Hantengu.

Although she was kind to all people, she maintained a close bond with Obanai Iguro; they were often seen eating together and he always spent his time protecting her. When she is severely injured by Muzan and is pulled out of battle by Obanai, she states that she wants to be useful and not drag others down. She even begs Obanai to come back and not be killed. This alludes to her love for him, the person she can finally have feelings for and be loved by.
He has a great love for sweets, especially honey. Because of that, he keeps bees in his residence in order to obtain honey.
Mitsuri enjoys eating Western and Western-inspired food, such as pancakes and omurice.
It is said that Mitsuri's hair color is like this because she eats too much sakura mochi. In fact, this is possible in real life due to the pigmentation from over-consumption of specific foods.
