Hoppy was a 12 year old female with type two diabetes, and her parents signed her up for the program, which was mostly successful with a few similar problems similar to Bobby Bearhug, with one exception, Hoppy, literally can't stop moving for more than five minutes, she is restless, literally p, not even sleep aids knock her out for long.
