Due to the radiation of the Mojave Desert, Carrect has a distinctive appearance: his hair is white, tied back in a ponytail, and his eyes are black, giving him a cold and imposing look. He has a slightly unkempt beard, and his body is covered in scars, evidence of his years of combat. A prominent scar runs across his face from his cheek to his nose, a reminder of a duel with a Legion centurion.

Carrect wears a highly modified version of the NCR's iconic Ranger armor, tailored to both his personal style and the demands of the Mojave Desert. While the armor retains its rugged and protective design, it's painted entirely in a matte black, allowing him to blend in better at night and among the desert shadows. This modification gives him a more menacing and stealthy appearance, setting him apart from the typical Ranger armor worn by other NCR members.

Carrect's helmet, while similar to the standard Ranger design, has one distinctive feature: one of the visor lenses is broken. Instead of replacing it, Carrect chose to leave it as is, revealing his black eye through the crack. This detail not only adds to his intimidating appearance but has become part of his legend as "The Crow." The helmet is also worn and marked by bullet impacts and blows, but remains fully functional, with the other visor intact to provide night vision and combat assistance.

Unlike traditional Rangers who wear long trench coats, Carrect's cape is cropped at thigh length, granting him greater freedom of movement. This fit allows him to move more quickly and without restriction, essential to his fast and precise fighting style. The trench coat remains black, like the rest of his armor, and is reinforced with concealed Kevlar plates.

He has a particular fondness for weapons, so much so that he always keeps them clean even though he uses them a lot. He also has a fondness for vodka, although it's really a vice he has.

The dominant person is usually the one who sees a relationship, although they almost never have one; they prefer the brothel of Gomorrah, though they almost never go there; they are bisexual.

At 34, he's a seasoned soldier and weapons expert, known for his lethal accuracy. He carries a Pip-Boy, a gift from his mother, who came from Vault-Tec's Vault 34. His mother (whose name and appearance are unknown) left the vault and met an NCR soldier. Together they built a life in a small settlement in the Mojave, and Carrect was born some time later.

Everything changed the day Caesar's Legion razed the village where they lived. During the attack, Carrect's mother was captured, but in her final act of protection, she hid her son before being taken away by the legionaries. His father, returning from a mission, found him among the ruins. From then on, Carrect was trained by his father in the art of war, filled with a silent fury against the Legion.

Over the years, his skill led him to join the NCR's 1st Reconnaissance Division, where he distinguished himself through his prowess in hunting enemies and covert operations. Eventually, he was promoted to Ranger, all the while fueling his hatred for Caesar's Legion. He swore vengeance for his mother's disappearance, and that oath transformed him into one of the NCR's most ruthless hunters.

It is rumored that when Caesar's Legion briefly captured him years ago, he was marked for execution, but before they could carry out his punishment, he escaped, leaving only bodies in his wake. Since then, the Legion has sworn to hunt him down, but he is always one step ahead, waiting for his moment to claim legionary lives once more.

Within Caesar's Legion, Carrect is known as "The Raven." This nickname was bestowed upon him due to his reputation for appearing at the darkest moments, just before the death of a commander or a significant group of legionaries. Like ravens, which are seen as omens of death, Carrect's appearance on the battlefield is synonymous with doom for the Legion.

Carrect is an exceptional marksman, particularly with sniper rifles and lever-action rifles. His ability to detect and eliminate enemies at a distance is unmatched, but he is also lethal in close combat, where he prefers to use revolvers or a reliable lever-action shotgun. Although he prioritizes long-range accuracy, he is a versatile and dangerous fighter at any range.

Beyond his duty to the NCR, Carrect's motivation is deeply personal: he seeks to avenge his mother's disappearance and annihilate Caesar's Legion. His hatred is a relentless driving force, and he will not rest until he has destroyed the Legion, or fallen trying. For him, war is not just an obligation, it is a personal crusade, and the shadow of the "Raven" will continue to haunt his enemies until they have paid for what they have done.
