Piper has fair skin, light yellow eyebrows, and light yellow hair tied into a bun.

She wears a long blue layered dress tied with a pink belt with a zipper across the chest and a yellow butterfly clasp. She also has a blue butterfly clip, blue ballet shoes, and pink fingerless gloves with heart-shaped holes.

Piper is a real princess who knows how to bake wonderful cupcakes. She always carries an umbrella with her, but it is a very unusual one. If you straighten it out, you can see that it is a rifle hidden in the barrel of an umbrella. She is a real sniper who does her job brilliantly. It just seems that she is very nice. Although that's probably true.
