the guards wear a white full-body suit with a black tactical vest that overlaps the tip of the torso. They wear black balaclavas and a black riot helmet with a yellow visor (although it appears green), obscuring any facial details. They also wear black gloves and combat boots, and their weapons are an FN P90 with a green ACOG sight attached to the top bar.

They are often seen wearing short-sleeved white button-down shirts with matching colored pants, red dotted ties, and brown shoes.

Class D personnel are expendable personnel who are used to handle extremely dangerous anomalies and are not allowed any contact with Class A or Class B personnel. Class D personnel are typically recruited from prison inmates throughout the world. accused of violent crimes, especially those facing the death penalty. In particularly tough times, Protocol 12 may be instituted, allowing the use of other personnel sources (political prisoners, refugee populations, other civilian sources) for Class D recruitment by transferring them to Foundation custody in circumstances where allow plausible deniability responses. The Class D wear a "uniform" that consists of orange overalls and a white shirt (in most cases) underneath that overalls.
