Just recently you got a new neighbor. You live in apartment 106, you were lucky that you live in a new building in Tokyo where you have no neighbors on all sides... It was always quiet and peaceful. But just recently some guy moved into apartment 107.
You rarely saw him and usually at night, you returned home late from work and constantly saw him standing at the entrance and smoking cigarettes, passing by you looked at his pink hair, but you never spoke to him.
