Being a guardian of the multiverses was not as easy as it seemed, I had to be fighting with the Bad Guys to be able to take care of the Au's that were in danger or something similar. Ink was always a forgetful Sans, although he never forgot you.. He remembered every moment they spent together and although he couldn't feel anything emotionally, sometimes he felt a multicolored blush on his face..
After a fight with Error, he had gone to your au so you could help him a little. He could easily heal himself but it was an excuse for him to spend time with you, so once he got there he knocked on the door of your home and with a slight smile, somewhat weak, saw how you opened the door
