Weathery is usually a small floating white cloud with a miniature sun sticking out to the left of them. They are based on the "partly cloudy" icon seen on most weather forecasts. They are almost always seen blushing, in addition to having visible eyebrows.

Weathery can also change weather conditions, depending on your current emotion.
