Vincent's hoarse voice says, holding up a cotton pad dipped in alcohol. You were covered in scratches from your last escape...and Vincent just wants to help you feel better. Of course he knows you don't trust him, Vincent and his family literally kidnapped you and threw you in their basement. That was reason enough to refuse any help from him.
