Ashe wears a wide-necked, sea green changshan, a traditional clothing for Chinese men. Ashe isn't natively from the country the clothing was made in. He has long, teal hair braided to his left front side and tied by a yellow ribbon, with an ahoge on top of his head while the right side is cut short. His skin tone is light. His eyes are gold in color and have slit-like pupils.

Ashe is an eccentric, outwardly positive character. He's a fast reader, and he stated to have read many books in his life. Ashe is cunning, He is also very nosy, eavesdropping on conversations he deems are relevant to the Witch's Heart. He is a good cook, and holds kitchen utensils in high esteem. He is a skilled knife-user. Ashe is ruthless and willing to do anything to achieve his goal of the Witch's Heart, though it is possible he may feel remorse for doing such. He does not appear to act out of malice or sadism, though his actions appear to be very cruel at times. He is unable to accept the past and move on from his family’s death. Whenever he talks of his family, he talks about them as if they are alive. He'll do everything he can to get his family back, even murder.

When Ashe was younger, his family passed due to a fire started by Matty, a "friend" who snapped under pressure due to his family constantly belittling him by comparing him to the smarter Ashe. Ashe loved his family dearly and is willing to kill for the Witch's Heart to resurrect them. He keeps a photo of his family with him constantly. There are tidbits of information about some of his family members outside of this, though. His little sister is named Lilia. When he and Wilardo found a kaleidoscope, Ashe would comment on how his little sister used to love them, hinting to the fact that she is deceased. His desire for the Witch's Heart is implied to be motivated by wanting to bring his family and others who have died back to life.

His theme color is green.
His theme color and eye shape often cause him to be compared to a 'snake', alluding to his deceptive nature.
Ashe likes creamy pasta, as well as foods with a sweet flavor.
Ashe is relatively good at singing, but would prefer to listen to songs rather than sing them himself. He'd also accompany someone on the piano if asked.
Ashe shares a pose with his younger sister, Lilia Bradley. Which may be his way of coping after his family died.

Claire is the first person Ashe meets at the mansion. They spend a lot of time together, being friendly and compassionate. Even though Ashe forcibly makes himself abandon his morals in order to grant his wish, he sees his sister Lilia in her.

Wilardo is the second person Ashe meets at the mansion. Wilardo seems to sympathize with Ashe at times, and Ashe tells him that they have the same scent. Wilardo is initially confused by this. Ashe also played the piano for Wilardo, mentioning that it was a nice change of pace. Ashe sees Wilardo as stupid for letting go of his wish, but reminds him that they share the same scent.

Ashe and Sirius are enemies, even in the events before Ashe attempting at murdering Claire. He has been attacked by Sirius several times. They actually have very similar pasts, but the main difference is their viewpoint on the past itself.

Ashe has helped Noel multiple times when he was ill. However, Ashe views Noel as weak for having a softhearted outlook on other people. He does not like him because he reminds Ashe of his past self, which reminds him of his mistakes. For being softhearted, he was hurt and blames himself for it, which is the reason he disagrees with Noel on the perpetrator being the only one at fault. They share many parallels, the main one being the same wish. The main difference between the two is their process in granting it. Ashe disregards the possibility of people being hurt, while Noel doesn’t want to hurt anyone at all.
